Refund Policy

Introduction

Shree Shyam Travels is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your cab booking experience or need to cancel a booking, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for cab bookings are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made in writing by contacting info@shreeshyamtravels.org.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time for local trips and 48 hours for outstation trips.
• Refund requests made outside the specified time frame will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are non-refundable:

• No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pick-up time.
• Booking cancellations for which the customer did not follow the specified refund request procedure.
• Any additional services or add-ons requested and used during the ride.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under certain circumstances:

• If the ride was unsatisfactory due to driver or vehicle issues, a partial refund may be issued upon review.
• If the cancellation is made closer to the scheduled pick-up time than the specified refund request period but still before the pick-up time, a partial refund may be issued.

Processing Refunds

Once a refund request is received and approved, the following process will be followed:

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credit within 7 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
